To access the Control Panel, you can use one of two login types; Customer or Service. Following is a description of these login types and their intended use.
Customer / Billing Level Login
Using the Customer / Billing Login details will provide you with the ability to view and manage all services on your account and allow you to view/pay invoices online.
The username and password for this login level are provided at the time of your account being created with BlueCentral.com

Service Level Login
Using the Service Login details will enable you to see and manage only the service to which these login details apply. Note that this login level does not provide access to any billing related information.
